1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using solvie.me and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Solvie provides AI solutions and full-stack development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate agreement between Solvie and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Our property: The Solvie website, branding, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

Your property: Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for your project are transferred to you upon full payment.

Open source: Any open-source components used in your project will be clearly documented and subject to their respective licenses.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and user data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solvie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any delivered work remains the property of the client upon payment.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
